Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used to create your account and send sign-in codes.
• Uploaded documents. The lease documents, redlines, and related files you upload, plus the deal records you build from them (accepted items, notes, exports).
• Usage analytics. Product usage data (pages viewed, features used, basic device information) collected via PostHog to understand how the product is used and improve it.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details; we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the Service: authenticate you, store your deals, run analysis on your documents, and generate your exports. AI analysis is performed via the Anthropic API — relevant document content is sent to Anthropic to produce the interpretations, abstracts, and drafts you see. Under Anthropic's API terms, that content is not used to train their models. We also use aggregate analytics to improve the product and your email address to send transactional messages (sign-in codes, receipts, important service notices).

3. Where your documents live

Your documents and deal records are stored in private server storage, accessible only to your account and to the systems that process your analysis. They are not public, not shared with other users, and not browsable by anyone outside the operation of the Service.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your documents and deal records while your account is active so your negotiation history stays available to you. You can request deletion of specific documents, deals, or your entire account at any time by emailing hello@creredline.com. We will delete the requested data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (such as payment records).

5. What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your documents to train AI models. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the product — Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), and our email and hosting providers — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and analytics cookies (PostHog) to measure product usage. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
